How to start youtube channel in mobile

To start a YouTube channel on a mobile device, open a web browser and go to youtube.com, sign in to your Google account, and then click your profile picture to find "Create a channel". You may need to request the desktop version of the site to access all options, such as creating a brand account. After creation, you can manage and upload content through the YouTube Studio app or by going back to youtube.com in desktop mode.

STEP 1: Sign in or create a Google account

1) Open a web browser on your phone and go to youtube.com.

2) Sign in with your existing Google account or create a new one.

STEP 2: Request the desktop site

1) If the mobile site appears, find the browser settings (usually a three-dot menu) and select "Desktop site" or "Request desktop site".

2) This will refresh the page to look like the desktop version, giving you access to more options.

STEP 3: Create your channel

1) Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.

2) If your account doesn't have a channel, select Create a channel.

3) If a channel already exists, go to Settings, then Add or manage channel(s), and select Create a channel.

4) Enter your channel name, upload a profile picture, and create a unique handle.

5) Click Create channel.

STEP 4: Set up and manage your channel

1) Download the YouTube Studio app for managing your channel on the go.

2) In the desktop view on the website, click your profile picture, then select YouTube Studio to access customization options.

3) You can now upload videos, add a channel description, customize your channel art, and add social media links.

4) Go to settings in YouTube Studio to verify your account with a phone number, which unlocks features like custom thumbnails and longer videos.

5) It is recommended to set your upload defaults to "unlisted" to allow time to add all details before publishing.
